At Select Property Maintenance we put customer care at the forefront of what we do. Customer care starts with every member of our service team undertaking a customer training course before carrying out any works. All of our staff complete a CRB check when joining Select Property Maintenance.

Every job will be monitored and we will call you once the job has been completed and ask the following questions:
- Did we arrive on time?
- Did we show our ID?
- Are you satisfied with our work?
- Are you happy with the service you received?
- Did we make sure the area was clean and tidy?
- Were our staff polite and friendly?
