We have an outstanding emergency call out service for a variety of needs in Cumbria & Lancashire, for the residential and commercial sectors. For residential customers, if you have a need for a plumber, electrician or any other type of emergency, we can help, just pick up the phone.
For our commercial customers our Service Level Agreements are designed to provide assurances during working hours that guarantee we will attend to a repair within specified timescales. These times are dependant on the tariff of Service Level Agreement chosen. Our 24/7 emergency call out service covers you out of hours, between the hours of 6pm and 8am.

Emergency Cover Supports our Silver, Gold and Platinum Service Level Agreements.
It provides an out of hours service in the event of urgent repair such as a leaking pipe or damage caused by extreme weather conditions.
In the event of such a situation a member of our service team will attend within 2 hours to make safe and repair any damage.
