Emergency Call Out

Service Level Agreements are designed to provide assurances that during normal working hours we will guarantee attendance on site to deal with the emergency within specified times. The responce times are dependant of the Service Level Agreement membership status that has been subsciribed to, where our 24 / 7 service provides out of hours support between the hours of 6 pm and 8 am. Emergency Cover Supports our Silver, Gold and Platinum Service Level Agreements.
This provides an out of hours service in the event of urgent repair as a an accident such as a leaking pipe or damage caused by extreme weather conditions.
In the event of such a situaction a member of our service team will attend site within 2 hours and attend to your problem.
